With 25 years of leadership, consulting and financial industry experience, Effie is committed to improving our communities by forging strategic collaborations between the corporate and nonprofit sectors. With deep expertise in cultivating genuine, meaningful and unparalleled relationships, Effie uses her vast network of partners to drive business results for companies and mission impact for nonprofits.
She founded Red Root Strategies after recognizing nonprofits had challenges connecting with companies aligned with their mission. At the same time, she witnessed companies wanting to support their communities and create meaningful impact without knowing where to begin. Effie knew that strategically connecting for-profits and nonprofits would create sustainable partnerships benefiting not only the organizations, but their employees, clients, and communities. It now the place where her own business purpose meets.
